Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
STANDARD SHIPPING - Royal Mail 2nd Class / 48 hour tracked service
FIRST CLASS ORDERS - Royal Mail 1st Class / 24 hour tracked service (orders received before 2pm) - next business day
Greetings cards, folded wrapping paper and other small items such as pocket hearts and sentiment strings will be sent using standard delivery for orders up to £20.
Other items will be sent using a Tracked delivery and you will be provided with the tracking number. This will cover orders up to £150.

International delivery
Reed diffusers and items containing seeds are not eligible for international delivery. Please contact me if you require International Delivery and I will send you a quote based on your order value and weight.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders within a 10km radius of PL1 4SX. Please contact me for further details.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am-2.30pm on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you have selected the signed-for service, this email will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lovedbylotus.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
